A private 55 minute session is one-on-one attention from a personal trainer. This is appropriate for clients that have multiple needs and limitations or someone who just enjoys individual attention. Your trainer can provide on the spot feedback and swift, safe adjustments to your exercise.



A semi-private 55 minute session that is a great alternative to private personal training. Your session is tailored to your individual needs, just as it would be in a private session. The difference is that the trainer is working with up to four clients. This adds a real sense of community and comradery.
