Cancellation and Late Policy

If you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours before your appointment time, or you may be charged up to full price of the service.

If you’re late to your appointment, we’ll do our best to give you the full time.  If there’s another appointment scheduled after yours, we won’t be able to give you the full time. Thanks for understanding why we have these policies in place!
